If we cancel 

• your full fees will be refunded to you within 30 days of being notified of the cancellation. 

If you cancel:

• more than 90 days prior to the retreat you will receive a full refund minus a 500$ administrative fee.

• 14-89 days prior to the retreat fees submitted are non-refundable (but may be transferable, please reach out to us to discuss your options).

• 0-14 days prior to the retreat fees submitted are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
