Whether you are looking to deepen your relationships, heal from occupational trauma, (re)discover your inner resources, enliven your spirituality or overcome obstacles in your life - I'm so glad you're here.

I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with experience supporting individuals and groups in hospitals, the criminal justice system and the post-secondary education system. In addition to my formal training in Social Work, I have also completed post graduate training in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Somatic IFS and Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy.

I have experience supporting members of LGBTQ+, racially minoritized, Indigenous and (dis)abled communities and acknowledge the ways in which systems of oppression and marginalization compromise the wellbeing of equity seeking groups. I am particularly passionate about holding space for grieving hearts, recovery from relational and spiritual trauma, self-discovery of gender and sexual identities and existential/ecological concerns. I believe that any therapeutic process is a collaborative undertaking that starts where you're at and honours your values, experiences, and inner knowings as the process unfolds.

Man with glasses stands in door way with his arms crossed. He is smiling and there is a blue chair in the background.
