Position Highlights:
Hybrid role for a qualified RSW, OT, RN or RP.

What we have to offer:
Transparent fee split compensation model (60/40 in clinicians favour; increasing to 65/35 based on performance).
This amounts to $93-$114 per session depending on the rate set by the clinician.
Currently recruiting for hybrid positions, at least one day per week in our North London office is required.

Who we're looking for:
Post-graduate training and experience applying one or more of the following therapy models: ACT, IFS, Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor, NARM, EMDR, Narrative and/or Expressive Arts Therapy.

Neurodivergence (ADHD/Autism/Tourettes) affirming and knowledgeable (willing to train).
Willingness to build up to at least 10 hours of service per week (full time opportunities are available).

Interest in engaging in professional collaboration and peer support as part of a community of practice.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing or a related discipline.
Registration with a professional college in Ontario and permitted to engage in the controlled act of psychotherapy (ie. Registered Social Worker, Registered Psychotherapist, Registered Nurse, Registered Occupational Therapist...etc.).
Other Assets:
At least 1 year of experience providing psychotherapy, counselling or coaching services to ADHD and/or autistic adults and youth.
Experience providing counselling or academic support in an educational context.
Training and experience in clinical supervision and an interest in supervising interns and recent graduates.
Expertise in the treatment of concurrent eating disorders, substance use disorders and/or OCD.
Qualified and interested in providing clinical supervision to MSW or MACP interns.
