Yes! We’re happy to connect with you to help you find the right fit, but you’re also welcome to browse our counsellors directory to see who you might be comfortable with. Not everyone will have immediate availability, feel free to contact us to find out who currently has space.

Probably. You’ll need to check with your specific plan. Our counsellors are all registered social workers, registered psychotherapists, or licensed nurse practitioners. If you have coverage for one or more of these types of providers let us know and we’ll make sure to match you with that type of provider.
Often in relationship counselling you can pull from both partners benefits to help cover sessions. We’ll issue you a receipt with both names so you can submit to your insurance.
-
We’re happy to offer individual counselling that is focused on helping you improve your relationships.
If your partner changes their mind, you’ll just need to see a different counsellor as a couple. So everyone starts in the same place.
Let’s get started on building the satisfying and collaborative relationship you’ve always deserved.
