Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Hello and welcome!

If you have just decided or have been considering reaching out for therapy for a while, thank you for looking into counselling with me and Blueprint. A few things about therapy with me: I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) offering in-person counselling sessions at the Blueprint North office in London, Ontario, and virtually across Ontario.

I value a therapeutic relationship where we can meet each other wherever we are in the process. I equally value a compassionate and safe therapeutic environment where we can collaborate and grow in tandem. I have the following psychological and client interests, to name a few: Depression/Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, sexual orientation, youth/adolescents, family/couples, academic struggles, and veteran’s mental health.

Outside of work, I enjoy bicycling (mountain and commuting), reading second-hand books, and watching sports.

I would be happy to meet with you for a free intake appointment, if you feel like this might be the right fit for your needs!

“There’s magic in being seen by people who understand – it gives you permission to keep going. Self-expression sometimes requires other people. Becoming ourselves is a collective journey.”
— Alok Vaid-Menon

Blueprint Counselling is located in London and Toronto, Ontario where we live, work and grow on the traditional territory of many sovereign Indigenous Nations. London is the traditional home of the Haudenosaunee, Lūnapèewak, Attawandaron and Anishinaabek. Toronto, whose name is taken from the Mohawk word “Tkaranto,” is the traditional home of the the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishinaabek, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat. We recognize that these lands are now home to many diverse Indigenous Peoples and acknowledge the historical and ongoing oppression and marginalization of First nations, Inuit and Métis people. We also acknowledge the historic and ongoing harms to Indigenous families and communities caused by social workers and mental health professionals and commit to ongoing work to decolonize our practice.
