Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist

Hello, and welcome! I’m so glad you’ve taken this brave step in seeking support. Here’s a little about me so you can decide if I’d be a good fit for you.

I am a recent MSW graduate with experience supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, children, youth, and families. In our sessions, I strive to create a space that acknowledges the systems affecting your daily life, values your inherent wisdom, and invites the courage needed to share your story. My approach is holistic, relationship-centered, and trauma-informed.

I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative, and Somatic theories—methods that focus on understanding all parts of yourself and addressing every aspect of life, including spirit, body, and mind. These approaches help us explore your experiences in a way that fosters healing and growth through a focus on your story, parts, and values.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, playing board games, spending time in nature, and picking up new hobbies—currently, I’m learning cross-stitch and ukulele! I believe creativity is a powerful tool for self-exploration, and I encourage you to bring your interests into our sessions.

As a lifelong learner, I am continually inspired by the chance to walk alongside others and be trusted with their stories. I offer virtual sessions across Ontario and in-person sessions in our London and Toronto offices. It would be an honour to support you in reaching your goals and building a life that aligns with your values. If you feel we might be a good match, please reach out for a free consultation. Let’s begin this journey together.
