Sarah Marion
(she/her)
MSW Intern
Relationships and meaningful connections are an essential part of our well-being, which is why they are at the heart of my practice.
I use an attachment-based approach when working with couples who are facing challenges and looking to strengthen their relationship. In couples counselling my goal is to guide clients to identify patterns in their relationships that lead to conflict. Throughout this process, we will work together to improve communication, create mutual understandings and increase trust.
Additionally, I work with individuals of all ages navigating life transitions and relationship challenges, including parent-child relationships, co-parenting, friendships, challenging family dynamics, and intimate partner relationships.
I have a specific background in supporting individuals who are neurodivergent or have diagnoses such as borderline personality disorder and bipolar disorder. I strive to create a supportive environment where you feel understood and accepted.
I affirm and welcome all LGBTQIA+ individuals and relationship dynamics.
I'm accepting new clients for in-person sessions at our South London office or virtual sessions across Ontario, and offer a range of sliding scale options for payment.
I look forward to connecting with you!
