Pre-Licensed Mental Health Professional

I recognize beginning counselling can feel heavy, which is why I guide clients with curiosity, compassion, and a touch of humour as we co-create a space where you feel comfortable to express yourself—just as you are.

I work with individuals (16+) navigating life transitions and relationship challenges. Whether rooted in parent-child dynamics, co-parenting, or intimate partnerships, I believe that relationships and meaningful connections are essential to our well-being, which is why they’re at the core of my practice.

In relationship counselling, I use an attachment-based approach to help partners identify the patterns that lead to conflict and disconnection. Together, we work to improve communication, deepen mutual understanding, and rebuild trust.

With a background in mental health, I bring an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and queer-affirming lens to all my work. I have specific experience supporting neurodivergent folks, as well as individuals diagnosed with BPD and mood disorders.

Whatever you're going through, you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you

I'm accepting new clients for in-person sessions at our South London office or virtual sessions across Ontario.

I look forward to connecting soon!

There’s magic in being seen by people who understand – it gives you permission to keep going. Self-expression sometimes requires other people. Becoming ourselves is a collective journey.
