Meg Cahill
BSW, MSW, RSW (she/they)
Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist
It can be difficult to ask for help. I’m here to create a space that is welcoming, comfortable and accepting. Together we will focus on your strengths and understand your struggles in the context of your experiences. Using approaches that incorporate skill building, storytelling, deep listening and reflecting upon your internal experience we will work towards whatever goals you have for our time together.
I am a Registered Social Worker and I have experience working with youth, LGBTQ+ folks and Indigenous peoples on goals relating to their mental health and substance use. I offer in-person and virtual sessions focused on helping you build skills to regulate your emotions, improve your relationships and live a meaningful life according to your values. I look forward to meeting and partnering with you.
