Thomas Pigeau
(he/him) MACP, RP
Registered Psychotherapist
Hi, my name is Tommy! I am a Registered Psychotherapist and I’m passionate about supporting children and their families through life’s challenges. I have experience working with children experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, childhood trauma, attachment ruptures, family changes, and more. I have also worked with and welcome folks of all gender identities, gender expressions, and sexual orientations.
I aim to work collaboratively with you to form goals, develop strategies, and foster resilience while moving towards positive change. My therapeutic approach is grounded in trust, openness, non-judgement, and humour. I practice from a trauma-informed and client-centred lens while incorporating elements from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Mindfulness. My experience has taught me the importance of playfulness, empathy, and genuine curiosity in forming strong meaningful therapeutic relationships. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for you to explore, heal, and grow in.
If you feel we might be a fit, please feel free to connect with me for a free consultation. I would be honoured to chat with you about yours, your child’s, and/or your family’s needs!
