My experience in social services has given me strong case management and counselling skills, allowing me to offer holistic support in your therapeutic journey.
In my practice, I bring not only my professional knowledge but also my personality and life experiences into each session. I believe that our shared humanity and my genuine connection with clients are integral to creating a healing and collaborative environment.
I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques and approaches, including Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Approaches, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and Somatic Experiencing (SE). These modalities allow me to tailor my approach to fit your needs, helping you feel empowered and supported every step of the way.
