We know you’ve got a lot going on:

You’re trying to connect with your friends and experience new things.

You’re exploring your identity and what makes you unique while also trying to fit in.

You’re planning for your future while feeling the weight of others expectations of you.

You’re concerned about the state of the world and the environment but not sure how to make a difference.

You’re doing your best but sometimes it’s overwhelming. Especially when life is full of challenging and exciting new experiences and difficult losses:

  • You might be dating or navigating your first serious relationship.

  • You might be dealing with a difficult breakup.

  • You might be working through conflict with your friends or your family.

  • You might be struggling with anxiety, depression or substance use.

  • You might have experienced something traumatic and are struggling to understand and express your feelings.

  • You might be balancing the demands of school with involvement in sports or your first job.

  • Or you might be worried about the state of the world and considering how you can make a difference.

We have lots of experience supporting youth and young adults and we’re here to help. We promise to respect your privacy, listen without judgement and offer you a safe place to express whatever is on your mind.

Therapy for LGBTQ+ Youth and Young Adults

Whether you’re just starting to explore your gender identity and sexual orientation or in the middle of your coming out/gender affirmation process we are so glad you’re here. We offer a space that is affirming of queer, trans and non-binary identities.

We are knowledgeable about gender transition options for trans and non-binary teens and support an adolescent’s right to access and direct their transition related care. We can partner with you in educating your family, making choices about your transition process and tapping into your self-compassion as you move towards living your authentic truth.
